I offer coaching rooted in Ayurveda and integrative health to help women improve their health, manage stress and build longevity. My approach is built on four foundations: food, exercise, quality sleep and mindfulness. These are combined with Ayurvedic psychology, talking therapy and practical tools for everyday life. When needed, I also suggest yoga postures, breathing techniques and simple practices that make change easier to sustain.
The coaching offers you the opportunity to:
-Learn ways to regulate your nervous and hormonal system
-Balance your weight
-Free yourself from addiction
-Create a purpose-led life
My own path into this work began as a stressed TV news producer facing a health crisis, which opened the door to Ayurveda, yoga and mind-body medicine. Over the past twenty years, I have trained with teachers worldwide and guided many people through retreats, mentoring and lifestyle medicine programs. I am the co-founder of the Parkinson’s Retreats, Umbria, Italy and the founder of Panchakarma UK, a physician-led detox and longevity retreats.
My work is straightforward and practical, giving you tools you can apply immediately to feel stronger, calmer and at ease. I also consult with wellness professionals who want to design transformative retreats and create programs that are both impactful and profitable.

Working with Rina on one-to-one sessions and attending her retreats has had an incredibly positive impact on my wellbeing and outlook on life. Rina has a wealth of knowledge and is very insightful. She is clearly passionate about helping people and creating a positive environment demonstrated by the supportive community she has built and continues to build upon. I find that in every conversation we have I learn something new and look at a situation from a different angle with a toolkit that makes me feel excited and empowered. I couldn’t recommend working with Rina more highly. Tanya Etheridge, London
