Workshop Details:
  • Based on the Philosophy of Louise Hay, in these workshops, we will become aware of our thoughts and establish if they are serving us.
  • Each week we will look at one of the 12 Ways to Love Yourself, really explore how it feels and what it means to us and then create our own personal affirmations to integrate into our daily lives.
  • Bringing awareness to our thoughts is powerful because then we can neutralise the negative ones and use positive affirmations to create positive change in our lives.
  • Coming together as a group each week for 12 weeks builds momentum and consistency in a supportive environment which is powerful when we are beginning a new practice and helps us build that confidence.
