“I practice Holistic Massage and Sports Massage Therapy which promote better physical and mental health. When done regularly, massage helps to relieve stress, reduce tension, lower blood pressure, improve / increase the body’s range of movement, promote wellbeing by reducing anxiety and depression and aid better sleep quality…to name but a few.
Sports Massage helps to speed up recovery time from injury, improves performance, maintains muscle tone and elasticity and improves circulation. It also helps to prepare the body for an event as well as helping with tissue repair afterwards.
I chose Massage Therapy as a profession out of desire to make a real difference to people’s lives, much more so than I had done in my previous sales career. I was driven by the enormous satisfaction gained by helping others to better mental and physical health following my own journey into a better, healthier and sober lifestyle.
I firmly believe this and massage is part of the whole picture which enables a healthy and happy lifestyle to emerge or to continue. Being able to assist people on the journey to better health is so rewarding and gives me a sense of achievement and pride.
I’m a mobile therapist and work within a 25-mile radius from my home which includes South Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, West London and Hertfordshire.
I do operate outside of these areas but an additional flat rate charge of £15 would apply in order to cover travel expenses.
In addition, I have a treatment room based at Hedsor Golf Club near Bourne End in Buckinghamshire, if you prefer to visit me and this has plenty of parking and flexible opening hours.

Mobile (within a 25-mile radius of my home in postcode HP10) – an extra £5
