MLD is non-invasive, gentle and rhythmic and stimulates the lymphatic system to work harder. This speeds up the removal of excess fluid and waste products, reduces bloating and water retention.

- Oedema. I am also qualified to measure for compression and order through the NHS
- Lipoedema.
- Post-operative, in particular orthopedic and plastic surgery, where it will speed up healing, reduce swelling, bruising and hardening of the tissues.
- Post fractures and sprains to promote healing and lessen pain.
- Wound healing and/or improve the appearance of scars and burns.
QUALIFICATIONS
Vodder MLD/DLT, LTA FG-MLD. Restore Scar Therapy. I update my training every 2 years with the official MLD schools. I am a member of MLD UK, the governing body for MLD.
