“I am passionate about wellbeing in general and the fine balance this has between our mind, body and soul. Our bodies have the amazing ability to heal naturally given the right conditions. Likewise when we are mentally out of sorts, rundown, stressed or suffering then this can have a negative physical affect on our body, resulting in chronic illness or disease.
The last few decades have seen a significant change in our lifestyle choices and eating habits. Life is fast and we are time-poor. It’s so much easier to reach for sugary convenience foods, eat on the run, self medicate and not make time for our body’s to rest or heal from injury.
Wi-Fi and mobile devices means we are always connected, always working and checking in on social media, impacting valuable sleep and relaxation time. Not to mention the constant frequencies all these Wi-Fi/mobile devices emit. It’s no wonder our bodies find it difficult to slow down or truly relax; we are stuck in this ‘wired’ primitive fight-or-flight mode (also known as acute stress response).
This in turn affects our quality of sleep, which results in our bodies suffering and that’s when disease or chronic illnesses take hold. As our bodies age or battle with stress or disease, the natural healing process is impaired.
Emma offers a combination of Indian Head Massage and Laser Therapy as a safe and effective way to tackle a whole host of today’s health and wellbeing problems.
Emma offers one to one consultations and treatments at her home in Winchmore Hill as well as offering home visits around Beaconsfield, Amersham and High Wycombe. For mobile visits, an additional charged is applied based on location.
Emma also successfully treats animals, typically dogs and horses with laser therapy, however any animal can benefit from Laser Therapy.
