I’m a Birth and Postnatal Doula who absolutely loves supporting parents and families as they welcome a new baby. I offer calm, down-to-earth, non-judgemental support throughout pregnancy, birth, and those precious early days and weeks with a newborn.
Whether it’s helping parents prepare for the birth they’re hoping for, being a reassuring presence once baby arrives, or supporting families to get some much needed rest, I’m here to walk alongside them every step of the way
I trained with BirthBliss Academy (Birth & Postnatal), and I’m also a Rebozo Practitioner,
KG Hypnobirthing Teacher, Biomechanics-trained, and a Reiki Practitioner. These tools allow me to offer flexible, personalised support, always tailored to what feels right for each family.
I work with families across Essex, Hertfordshire, London and the Home Counties, offering personalised, family-centred care.
Ante-Natal & Birth Support
Our journey together usually begins with a relaxed meeting in your home, where we get to know each other. We talk through your hopes and expectations, and explore how I can best support you. This typically happens around 24–28 weeks, but can be earlier if preferred.
A second ante-natal session focuses more deeply on birth preferences, plans and any questions or concerns you may have. I’m happy to research and share information, articles, book recommendations and resources to help parents feel informed and empowered.
Most families choose two ante-natal appointments, but additional sessions can always be arranged if more support feels helpful. You’ll also have ongoing support via phone, or WhatsApp throughout pregnancy.
I’m on-call from 38 weeks and will be with you throughout labour, offering continuous support until you feel ready for me to leave. After birth, I’ll visit within the first few days to talk through the experience, answer any questions and celebrate your beautiful new arrival. Ongoing support is always just a message away.
Postnatal Doula Support
Those first weeks at home are incredibly special — and can also feel overwhelming. I’m here to support families as they settle into life with their new baby, helping parents feel confident, supported and cared for.
Postnatal support is completely tailored and may include emotional support, baby care, help with older siblings, light household tasks, preparing meals, going for walks, or simply holding baby while parents rest or shower. Sometimes it’s just a cup of tea and a friendly chat — and that matters too 💕
My role is to support the whole family, in whatever way feels most helpful during this important transition.
Night Doula Support
Bringing a baby home is magical, but sleep is essential for recovery and wellbeing. As a mum myself, I understand just how important rest is, and my night doula support is designed to give parents peace of mind while they sleep.
Overnight care is fully personalised and typically includes:
A consultation to discuss needs and routines
-Up to 9 hours of overnight support per visit
-Feeding support (bringing baby for breastfeeds or bottle-feeding)
-Nappy changes and settling baby back to sleep
-Ongoing support via phone or text
-Helpful checklists and trusted referrals
This support allows parents to rest, recover and enjoy their baby with more energy and confidence.
I also provide Hypnobirthing courses in either a group setting, or private in your own home.

Emma listened to what my morning routine was with Archie and she kept exactly to my routine and Bubba absolutely loves her. During one visit she took Archie out in his pram and even took my little dog with her too which I thought was a really lovely thing to do. At the end of June, myself and my partner had a wedding to attend which was no children and because of how relaxed Emma made me feel I felt confident enough to ask her to have Archie overnight. Never in my life did I think I’d ask someone or even trust anyone to do this with my baby being only 4 months old. I got pictures sent in the evening of him asleep looking very relaxed and a big smiley face in the morning after his bottle.
Emma instantly put my mind at ease!
I cannot recommend Emma enough! She has not only been our Hypnobirthing teacher; she has been so so much more than that. I honestly don’t think she even realizes the difference she has made to me and my fiancé and our pregnancy. When I first met Emma, I pretty much cried throughout our first 3hr session, talking about the trauma from our previous birth 5.5years ago. Emma sat and listened and comforted, it was the first time I felt able to talk about it properly and have someone outside of my close family and friends listen and actually take me seriously, instead of thinking I should just be grateful that I had a healthy baby. Emma then worked with us to work through this trauma and all the fears I have about the birth of our upcoming new arrival. I already know that all the Hypnobirthing techniques she has taught us are going to help me so much throughout labour, and I am already putting a lot of them into practice now when I have wobbles thinking about what’s to come.
Emma introduced me to the idea of a homebirth which I had always ruled out previously and put me in touch with people who could give me medical advice on this based on our own unique situation, instead of based purely on NHS guidelines, this in itself was worth its weight in gold and we are now planning a homebirth for our b aby boy in 3 weeks’ time and I’m genuinely feeling quite excited and calm at the prospect, a far cry from where I was several weeks ago! Everyone who saw me regularly could see how distraught I was after each hospital appointment and then could see a difference in me every Saturday after my sessions with Emma. It was like a weight was lifted each week and calm was once again restored!
We are both going to miss our weekly sessions a lot but cannot wait to introduce Emma to our baby boy and he can give her a thank you cuddle too! Thank you Emma 💐
