“I have always been drawn to alternative therapies and have a passion for health and wellbeing. Reflexology fascinated me from the start – the way it works holistically with the body really resonated with me and I thoroughly enjoyed training in it.
I first experienced Reflexology myself during a time when I was facing some health challenges, and I was so inspired by the positive impact it had on me. That experience sparked a strong desire to train so I could offer it to others.
As reflexologists, we’re always mindful of what we can and can’t claim – we don’t diagnose or cure. But I can speak from personal experience. When I first began reflexology, I was dealing with an absent cycle due to PCOS. I’d been told I might struggle to conceive, which was incredibly difficult to hear, even though I wasn’t ready to start a family at that stage.
After making some lifestyle changes and committing to regular reflexology sessions, my cycle returned like clockwork. I clearly remember being told my ovaries were “covered in cysts,” but a few years later, a follow-up scan showed no sign of PCOS. Ten years on, I conceived without any issues.
It really showed me how, given the right conditions, the body can begin to heal itself—and I truly believe reflexology played a role in that.”

- Facial Reflexology – 60 minute treatment – also available as a 6-week course. This is an amazing treatment that not only helps improve your health and well-being but also releases facial muscular tension to leave you looking refreshed and radiant. A great alternative to Botox

FEES
£65 for 1 hour reflexology (£75 for mobile and depending where)
INTRO OFFER – £40 for 1 hour treatment throughout May and June
QUALIFICATIONS
- Level 3 diploma in Reflexology with ITEC.
- MAR status (member of the Assosiation of Reflexologists)
- level 1 and 2 in Reiki
