Hello there. My name is Chloe and I work from my practice in Hertfordshire. Using Osteopathic principles for Health I support people with a wide variety of physical conditions, using a combination of bodywork and lifestyle advice, tailored to each individual. In my hands-on work I use Structural (biomechanical), Cranial & Biodynamic approaches to treatment. I particularly love the ‘developmental lens’ which Osteopathy brings to treatment and enables us to include the changes in human form and function over the life cycles. Because of this I enjoy working with people of all ages and stages of life, from newborns to elders, and I have a specialist training in treating children.
What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a form of body work which is gentle, holistic and sits well within the family of Functional Therapies. It is suitable for newborn babies, people at the end of life, and everyone in-between. It incorporates biomechanical, developmental and psycho-social aspects of health, providing an individualised, person-specific treatment plan. The founding principles of Osteopathy were conceived by Dr. A T Still in 1874 and have developed through American medical schools and osteopathic colleges ever since. In some respects, it is still evolving. In the UK, Osteopathy became a registered & regulated profession via the Osteopaths Act in 1993, with regulation by The General Osteopathic Council, and then recognised as an Allied Healthcare Profession (AHP) by NHS England in 2017. More recently the NHS has incorporated Osteopaths in their Pain Management, Spinal Rehabilitation, and Occupational Health teams.
What to expect
Appointments typically include a discussion and assessment of the presenting challenges, creating a plan for treatment & self-care strategies, as well as the hands-on work. Osteopaths can diagnose Musculoskeletal conditions, make recommendations for referrals, and support people in taking care of their own health journey.

About me
Growing up on a farm and having a Waldorf (Steiner) education were foundational to my interests in Natural Science & human development. Life cycles, patterns, form & function have been my language from an early age and Osteopathic Healthcare felt like a natural career choice. I qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 2008, and have taken post graduate specialist training in the fields of Cranial Osteopathy, Paediatrics and Biodynamics. I work independently in a calm and quiet practice space and am fortunate to have a brilliant network of therapists locally who are a lovely resource for professional support.

I always look forward to my appointments with Chloe. Chloe helps me switch off, restore, and take time for myself. She really has healing hands, and from the moment my head is placed in her hands, a deep sense of calm and stillness comes over me. I find her approach very holistic. She works to understand what is going on beneath the physical symptoms and works at a much deeper level. I am perpetually overthinking, but I find all the noise stops once my cranial session begins. This has been so valuable to me. I’ve been seeing Chloe for years now, and she has seen me and helped me through various different chronic illnesses and body aches and has also treated my son as a baby. She has helped me enormously over the years.Miriam, Hertfordshire - 2025
I’ve been seeing Chloe for over 10 years to manage ongoing back pain, and she has been incredible throughout. I first visited her while pregnant with my first child, and her knowledge and expertise immediately put me at ease. Her osteopathic treatments have made a huge difference—she’s thorough, caring, and always takes the time to understand my history to tailor the treatment effectively. Regular appointments with her have helped relieve my pain and release tension in my back.Meera, Bushey - 2025
