As a former agency leader who scaled a 7-figure business, I understand the balance between creative vision and practical execution. In my 30’s and 40’s, I ran a successful creative agency. From the outside it looked like I had it all – the career, the house, the travel and the family. But inside, I felt disconnected, exhausted, and stuck in a career that no longer fulfilled me.
After some life-changing events – divorce, the loss of my father and a cancer diagnosis – I had to make a decision: either stay stuck in what looked good on paper OR create a life that actually felt good. In my 50’s, I walked away and rebuilt everything but this time, on my terms.
Today, I help women like YOU do the same—transitioning from what no longer fits to building businesses that energise and fulfil them. I combine strategic insight with personal coaching to help you create a sustainable business model without the overwhelm, late nights or endless trial and error.
