Ben Chandler is a Personal Trainer & Functional Mobility Coach located in Beaconsfield  and working across Bucks.

Ben offers personal fitness training specialising in functional movement and mobility in the South Bucks area. He offers a mobile service where required to deliver personalised programs and training to help you reach your goals.

As a Personal Trainer Ben is passionate about supporting his clients to achieve their health and fitness goals whether that is training for an event, losing weight, strengthening and toning, recovering from injury or just to feel fitter, healthier and happier.

“A lifelong movement enthusiast, I have explored numerous sports and physical practises both competitively and leisurely, instilling a well-rounded and balanced approach to fitness that I pass onto my clients. My philosophy to movement is to balance a competitive nature to work hard and seek to continuously improve with the love of movement, finding the fitness modality that also brings happiness and enhances mental health.

After dealing with two severe injuries, I found that the approach to a healthy body is to really understand it. It inspired me to gain my PT qualification and study mobility and functional movement with senior teachers, Dr, Andreo A. Spina & Dewey Nielson.

Adding certificates as a Functional Range Conditioning® mobility specialist (FRC®ms) and Animal Flow® L1 has enabled me to gain a thorough understanding of how the body moves and the importance of strong and stable joints as a foundation to movement. Whether you’re seeking better movement day-to-day or looking to increase your athletic performance, there is no movement practise that won’t benefit from more stable, mobile and resilient joints.

I am well versed in training through the whole spectrum of exercise complexity from re-training how to walk to complex, integrated movement patterns such as the Olympic lifts. My personal recovery became a valuable tool in understanding the current fitness level and needs of clients at every stage of their physical development from those injured and/or rehabilitating to those who are accomplished athletes. This laid the foundation for my journey to deepen my understanding of how the body works, studying functional mobility to improve movement quality and capacity for a long and healthy active life.”

Ben offers a fully mobile service in Beaconfield and suuround areas or from a private studio in Beaconsfield.
