I am an Accredited Executive Function and Neurodiversity Coach, specialising in supporting individuals to better understand their strengths, challenges, and unique ways of thinking. My work combines evidence-based coaching methods including CBC, with structured tools such as the ACE+v.2 Clinical Interview framework for ADHD assessment screening (non-diagnostic). I focus on helping clients develop strategies around self-reflection, focus, organisation, motivation, and self-belief – creating a safe, collaborative space where people can explore what works best for them and translate insights into meaningful action.
Why I Chose This Profession
My journey into coaching grew out of both personal and professional experience. Having spent over 20 years in retail, leadership, and business management, I saw first-hand how issues like overwhelm, procrastination, or burnout could hold people back. Over time, I noticed that for some individuals these challenges went beyond the scope of typical leadership or workplace difficulties, which prompted me to explore the field of neurodiversity coaching. Alongside my own lived experience, this led me to retrain and specialise in neurodivergent coaching – bringing together my business background, training in psychology-based coaching methods, and passion for supporting people to thrive.
Why I Find It Rewarding
I find this work deeply rewarding because it helps individuals unlock potential that may have been hidden under years of frustration or self-doubt. Seeing clients gain clarity, confidence, and self-understanding – whether that’s a young professional managing ADHD traits, a leader navigating workplace challenges, or someone re-igniting creativity later in life – is what drives my practice. For me, coaching is not about “fixing” people but about providing the right structure, tools, and encouragement to help them embrace their individuality and move forward in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

I have been working with Paul for some time now and always look forward to our sessions. He shows great empathy and integrity in his approach, being both perceptive and careful in his questioning. Through my sessions with Paul, I have gained the confidence to try new things, to change my role within my organisation and to speak out in circumstances when I would have previously stayed quiet. Paul coaches brilliantly, leading me to conclusions that have come from me and are definitely worth trying. I always feel he ‘holds’ me throughout the sessions and then ‘lets me go’ at the end to try out what we have been discussing. I can’t recommend Paul enoughRuthBusiness Owner
Over the past 3 years of running my business, Paul has been excellent in helping me to get clarity and more guidance with the direction of my company. Paul is a great mentor and makes you feel extremely comfortable during his sessions, helping you to get the most out of your time with him. The way he helps you to understand where your own business is at and breaks down steps to move forward in all areas of the company is amazing, his experience and knowledge of all different industries is great. I really advise all levels of business owners, managers and individuals looking to set up a business to get in touch and see where Paul’s expertise can help you.
