Kate offers Vinyasa Flow Yoga in Beaconsfield & Penn – Menopause yoga, men only yoga, mixed classes,1:1’s and smaller group sessions.
Having practiced for more than 25 years, Kate loves sharing her passion for yoga with her students. Her classes consist of inspired, flowing, meditative sequences to help calm the mind, work the body and soothe the soul.
“I distinctly remember when I first fell in love with yoga, aged 23, whilst staying on an ashram in India. Whilst I had already been attending yoga classes for a few years, the chance to practice yoga daily and get to know its rich history and philosophy awakened me to its subtle yet profound benefits for body and mind. I have been a devoted yogini ever since.
Today, as well as offering my usual mixed classes for all abilities, I specialise in men’s yoga and menopause yoga.
Men-Only Yoga
- I started my men only class 4 years ago and I am so proud to say that today, around half of my students are men.
- I am passionate about making yoga accessible to men. As their physiology works so differently to women, from posture / how they hold their bodies to the way they move, their range of mobility and flexibility etc, attending a men-only yoga class means it is more prescriptive to their specific needs.
- I am also focussing on providing wellness information to my students covering different aspects of men’s health, helping to inform and inspire them regarding their own physical health and mental wellbeing.
Menopause Yoga
- As a 50-something woman myself, i understand the challenges that this time of life can present from both personal experience and also those around me.
- The aim of this class is to provide a supportive, safe space for women to move and breathe together, share their own experiences and find community with others.
- I am so lucky to work with some amazing women’s health specialists at Seed Wellness and each class will provide a guest speaker from a wide range of modalities to further help my students navigate this time of life with more confidence and ease
- The aim of my classes will be to inform, inspire & empower women, helping to reframe this time of life, from peri to post menopause, so it becomes a more positive, exciting transition
- Themes include: Anxiety & Overwhelm; Stress & Burnout; Hot Flushes; Meno-Rage & Irritability; Strength & Empowerment; Self-Acceptance & Self-Compassion and more

- Flow classes – £72 for 6-week course
