Kate offers Vinyasa Flow Yoga in Beaconsfield & Penn – Pregnancy yoga, men only yoga, mixed classes,1:1’s and smaller group sessions.
Having practiced for more than 25 years, Kate loves sharing her passion for yoga with her students. Her classes consist of inspired, flowing, meditative sequences to help calm the mind, work the body and soothe the soul.
“I distinctly remember when I first fell in love with yoga, aged 23, whilst staying on an ashram in India. Whilst I had already been attending yoga classes for a few years, the chance to practice yoga daily and get to know its rich history and philosophy awakened me to its subtle yet profound benefits for body and mind. I have been a devoted yogini ever since.
Today, as well as offering my usual mixed classes for all abilities, I specialise in men’s yoga and pregnancy yoga.
Men-Only Yoga
- I started my men only class 2 years ago and I am so proud to say that today, around half of my students are men. Many have come online throughout lockdown and have been fully committed to a regular weekly practice.
- I am passionate about making yoga accessible to men. As their physiology works so differently to women, from posture / how they hold their bodies to the way they move, their range of mobility and flexibility etc, attending a men-only yoga class means it is more prescriptive to their specific needs.
- I am also focussing on providing wellness information to my students covering different aspects of men’s health, helping to inform and inspire them regarding their own physical health and mental wellbeing.
Pregnancy Yoga
- Having attended pregnancy yoga classes throughout my own pregnancies, I am passionate about offering yoga for pregnant women who may or may not have had yoga experience before, supporting her on her journey to childbirth.
- Focussing on the 3 B’s, (baby, body and breath), my pregnancy yoga classes help women to build strength and mobility safely and effectively as well as boost self-confidence and self-empowerment so she can move through her pregnancy and birth with more peace and ease.
- Working as part of Seed Childbirth Collective enables me to offer a full range of specialist perinatal services, information and expertise to my students from trusted experts. For more information about the Collective please click here

Wednesday @ 8.00 – 9.00pm – Men Only Yoga – Beaconsfield Town Hall, HP9 2PP
(Open level – 6-week course booking only – taster session available)
Thursday @ 12 midday – Lunchtime Flow – Online
(Level 1-2 – Drop In)
Friday @ 11am – Friday Flow – Small mixed group so spaces limited – Farnham Common
(Level 1-2)
£10 per class or £60 for 6-week course except Friday, which is £20.
