It’s getting to that time of year when things get serious if you’re signed up to the London Marathon. It’s easy to put off those long runs in the depths of winter, but putting in the work in February and March is where the magic happens.

The flip side of marathon training season is that I start to see lots more people in clinic with what is known as Runner’s Knee. When a client presents with this problem the locality of the pain can be mixed and vast but here are some of the common complaints:
