“I am an ADHD Coach for Adults With ADHD Traits/ Diagnosis & Parents Supporting Children With ADHD Traits / Diagnosis.
I am passionate in supporting individuals to fulfil their potential. I wanted to work one-to-one with neurodiverse clients to create a powerful and lasting impact. Clients report feeling a sense of progress and autonomy in their lives.
With 25-years-experience in the classroom as a teacher I worked closely with neurodiversity and witnessed the impact first hand. I understand the need for personalised support and the implementation of strategies and new habits to ‘rewire’ the brain to enable individuals to reduce stress and increase fulfilment in their lives.
My coaching seamlessly integrates the development of the key Executive Skills that are defined as being more challenging for those affected by ADHD.
The Executive Skills include – sustaining focus, organisation, planning and prioritisation, time management, metacognition, cognitive flexibility, emotional regulation and response inhibition.
Coaching enables the client to understand and develop the skills and strategies to either use themselves or support children to develop, so that stress is reduced in daily life and potential can be realised by taking focused and sustained action, whilst consciously managing self-care to regulate emotions.

BA (Hons); MA; NCTJ, DTLLS, Certificate in OfSTED Inspections, Certificate in Transformational Life Coaching, Certificate in Coaching for ADHD, L3 Certificate in Safeguarding
FEES:
£90.00 per hour inclusive of daily check ins.
