Hi, I’m Jemma, founder of Soul Sanctuary Henley. I support adults and children in releasing stress stored in the body by working with the nervous system—because true healing begins when the nervous system feels safe.
I offer a range of gentle, supportive modalities, from spiritually guided practices like Reiki and working with Angelic and Earth energies, to Spinal Flow Ⓡ Technique—a neuroscience-informed approach. These methods support healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
My own healing journey began after living with anxiety and panic attacks for over two decades (later revealed to be linked to ADHD). Traditional therapies didn’t offer lasting relief, but energy healing helped reconnect me to my spirit, calm my nervous system, and shift my approach to healing. Only then was I able to implement the traditional cognitive therapies on the infrequent occasions I needed them.
With a passion for human biology, I was later drawn to Spinal Flow Ⓡ which bridges science with the body’s natural ability to heal. The transformations I’ve witnessed (both in my clients and through global case studies), have been remarkable. It’s a powerful approach for those drawn to more body-based or evidence-informed paths to wellness.
I love what I do. It’s deeply rewarding to facilitate healing journeys that lead to natural, lasting change—not just physically and emotionally but in how people connect with themselves and their beliefs.
