Calling All Men! Join us on 21st November for one hour of Yoga & Pilates to raise money for Movember – the UK’s leading men’s health charity
Men of all ages are facing a major health crisis, which means they are dying too young. Movember is the leading charity that is changing the face of men’s health and addressing some of the biggest issues men are facing including cancer (prostate, testicular and more); mental health and suicide prevention.
Through the month of November each year, Movember raises money through charity fundraising across the UK and beyond to help fund vital research. Here at Seed, we want to do our bit to help support this effort. Please come along to our charity fundraiser and / or send your friends, brothers, partners, husbands, fathers and even grandfathers to participate in this event to raise money for this important cause.
