“With a background in wellness as a nutritional therapist and health coach, my journey into breathwork began through personal experience. During treatment for breast cancer, I discovered first-hand the profound power of breathwork to support both my physical and mental health. That experience inspired me to train as a breathwork practitioner and guide others in accessing the same transformative benefits.
Certified in Conscious Connected Breathing with Hale in Sweden, I hold Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications with over 500 hours of training. I offer transformational breathwork sessions that range from deeply relaxing to powerfully activating. I aim to create a safe and supportive space to experience these fully guided sessions where clients can explore the power of their breath to regulate the nervous system and positively shift their physical, mental and emotional state. You can join sessions privately or in a group, with options to attend online or in person
I am also an Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Instructor, I coach clients in using this science-based breathing method which is designed to support body, mind and performance. The Oxygen Advantage® approach focuses on improving breathing efficiency. This method is suitable for everyone from those looking to improve athletic performance, manage a chronic condition such as asthma to those looking to manage stress and anxiety.
I truly believe that everyone can benefit from improving their breathing because every system in the body can be improved through the practice of conscious, intentional breath.
