Adele specialises in supporting women to balance their hormones naturally, offering tailored lifestyle protocols and menstrual cycle awareness support.

As a menstrual educator, Adele offers a variety of events supporting women through every stage of womanhood – from menarche (first bleed), through menstruation (including fertility & pregnancy) to menopause.

Adele offers bespoke hormone balancing through completing a robust consultation, then working with you to create a bespoke plan that considers how all aspects of  your lifestyle are influencing the health of your endocrine system – consider this an MOT for your hormones!

You work with Adele at a pace that suits you to implement any agreed changes, ensuring you feel fully supported along the way. The plan focuses on balancing your hormones (cortisol, insulin thyroid & reproductive hormones) and considers:

Adele has a passion for women’s health and extensive experience in supporting women to harness the power of their menstrual cycle, rather than battling against it.

Adele believes that women need space to be seen, heard and held so loves to create the space to do this, including Women’s Circles, various Women’s Health & Menstrual  Education events

As a woman diagnosed at 41 with ADHD, Adele has a specialist interest in supporting girls & women with how their hormones affect their (un)diagnosed ADHD traits.

In Adele’s own words:

“Whilst in a senior role in youth justice during my 30’s, I began to experience symptoms of burnout and irregularities with my menstrual cycle. I thought I was doing all the “shoulds” to be healthy but it just wasn’t working. I knew something had to change, so I embarked on a journey to find the answer!

I had always had an interest the healing arts, having qualified in various modalities, and experienced their positive effect on women’s health, but something was missing. Much of the research on what is considered “healthy” is based on what works for men and not women, often leaving women without the results they desire.

As I continued my research and training, it began to make sense; women are living in a way that supports a male physiology and not a woman’s… and this is wreaking havoc on our hormones.

Women’s biology ebbs and flows on a daily basis, which affects EVERYTHING – our hormones affect our cognitive function, mood management, sleep, energy levels, digestion, lib and so much more. YET, “do the same thing everyday” approach to our lives depletes us.

In order for women to feel good, we must adapt our exercise, nutrition, relaxation and lifestyle in general to suit our unique cycle….and I am here to show you how.

My aim for my clients is to take them from striving to thriving; supporting them to achieve optimum health and wellbeing through harnessing the power of our cyclical nature and understanding how to maximise our hormone health.”
