I help women and men improve gut health, relieve constipation, soothe haemorrhoids and regulate their nervous system using science-backed techniques that support better digestion, regular bowel movements, stress management, a stronger immune system & overall mental and physical wellness.
I know this struggle personally. Over the last 10 years I’ve lived it, studied it and discovered practical, science-backed approaches that truly transform both gut health and strengthen mental and physical wellness. Along the way I wrote a book on gut health : “GUTWISE – The Secret To Healing That Pain In The Arse” & trained with a World Champion Freediver in Breathwork.
