Vicki helps empower women of all ages to feel strong, confident and happy in their own bodies. She offers support on pregnancy fitness, post natal recovery, pelvic floor strength training, returning to fitness and the menopause (peri through the post).
“I started Strong Mamma 3 years ago after the birth of my second child having experienced pelvic floor concerns and felt that there must be a better way to help women than the advice I was given at the time.
Having been on that journey, I wanted to share my knowledge and help others take back control of their bodies after the massive changes that occur throughout a woman’s lifetime, whether it be pregnancy, birth, menopause or anything else!
My passion at Strong Mamma is to work with women dealing with the likes of leaking, Diastatis Recti, C-section, prolapse, post-surgery, menopause and many who just wish to reconnect to their bodies and build their pelvic floor strength.
I give my clients time and support to rebuild their connections with themselves, to feel confident and empowered in their own bodies. As a Movement Coach I also provide them with a game plan to look after themselves and feel better than ever, so they feel able to achieve what they want.”
Vicki works across the Marlow and High Wycombe area, seeing clients in her private studio and treatment room at Chapel Lane, Sands. She also runs classes in Cressex, HIgh Wycombe.
