Energy Healing
Energy and sound healing is a multi-dimensional healing in devotion to your heart’s divinity and truth. To hold you through soul growth, transition and transformation. To create space to receive healing for any looping or stagnant pain, challenge, difficulties or struggles you may be experiencing.
Through the use of hands-on quantum energy healing, sound and light language Rachel will harmonise through any core soul pain blocks that may be causing you feel stuck or stagnant. Certain soul challenges or blocks can often be imprints of ancient pain that continues to rise to be felt within your life.
A healing is a sacred space to harmonise anything that is holding you back to allow you to receive more of what is in alignment to your soul. Crystalline Sound Healing
Crystalline sound healing is a meditative experience which uses crystal alchemy singing bowls, chimes and sansulas to create deep rest and inner harmony. It is an intimate immersion whether experienced within a one to one or group setting.
Crystalline sound is a transcendental and celestial journey and soul immersion. The sonic waves of the sound integrate into the etheric body to bring healing, awakening and cellular release.
Sound will travel to areas within the body that are holding onto tension that may be causing an imbalance in the body, meridians, cells and chakras. The singing bowls welcomes a crystalline chorus of inner peace and harmony to the mind, body and spirit.
During the sound bath you will fall into a space of restorative rest and healing, guided by the crystalline singing bowls, chimes, sansula, toning and light language. The sound bath will be intuitively created to hold you through soul integration and healing. The session will include plant oils and crystals intuitively chosen by Rachel to support you fully.
Every sound bath is unique each time, stilling yet stirring a remembrance within.

Bespoke sound ceremonies for moments of connection and celebration. Sound connects us to our soul’s core and truth. It has a way of lifting us for higher healing, bringing us more in alignment within ourselves and to those that support and surround us.

Womb Healing
The womb is a portal to the true creation power of the feminine. It is the sacred space that holds our feminine essence. This transformational space within women is not just for birthing new life but is also here to birth her sacred soul desires. It is through a women’s magnetism, trust, serenity and ease that allows her to receive.
The womb creates new life within us. Whether that be birthing a baby or birthing a business, relationship, creation or art. As women, we have this divine portal within us to create all we desire into our lives.

However, there has been many falls of consciousness and reversals within the feminine which has caused a dis-connection to this sacred space. There can be emotional imprints that may act like a block to what we truly desire. This can often manifest as physical pain or tightness around the hips/womb, feeling stuck or in a lack/separation consciousness.
When we are holding onto old emotional imprints or trauma in the womb space, we continue to unconsciously re-create these experiences. Through womb healing, we may release what may be holding us back from creating what feels in true alignment.
