Jade Blake is an experienced Physiotherapist working across Beaconsfield and South Bucks.
Physiotherapy is a science and researched-based profession that considers the ‘whole person’ in its approach including both health and wellbeing. Physiotherapy takes into account individuals’ own personal goals, whether it be to take your dog for a walk or run a marathon.
“I had always been interested in healthcare and biology and knew from the age of 16 that I wanted to be a Physiotherapist. Being sporty and active myself, it was something I had the privilege of experiencing to help my performance.
I treat my clients using a variety of techniques which will include hands-on manual therapy, soft tissue release, acupuncture, electrotherapy, cupping, fascia release, taping and will be combined with an exercise prescription.
My clients come to me mainly when struggling with pain, whether it is a traumatic injury, a repetitive strain or post-surgery but I also work proactively with clients to help them achieve optimal fitness – especially in sporting settings.”
As well as her private practice, Jade works heavily in the sporting world, with British Judo athletes at both their centre of excellent and abroad. More recently she has been working with the dancers at the English National Ballet.
Jade continues to develop her skills and knowledge by attending numerous post graduate courses, enabling her to enhance her manual therapy and treatment techniques. She actively carries out acupuncture treatment having completed her course in 2012 and being an active member if the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists). Jade also has a keen interest in Clinical Pilates which she uses alongside her Physiotherapy practice to complete her approach.

Due to the stop in all sport in the first lockdown I stopped football and took up more running to keep my fitness up. 4 weeks into lockdown I started to develop pain on the outside of one of my knees which was stopping me from running.
Due to lockdown Jade was able to offer me a highly professional and useful online consultation on Zoom to diagnose my pain and give me a rehabilitation program to be able to self-treat and manage my pain. With 3 weeks of following Jade’s advice and exercises I was back running 5k completely pain free. Thank you Jade and I’m glad to be back playing football.Elliott ReevesSemi Professional Footballer
Jade is a highly skilled, professional physiotherapist who will go above and beyond for her patients. I slipped two discs in my neck recently and on seeing Jade she approached my injuries with a long-term treatment plan backed up with regular advice and support when needed. She has been able to ease my symptoms with great success and uses a range of techniques in order to tailor my treatment plan.
Aside from Jade’s credentials as a physio, she is personable and caring in her approach for each individual patient’s needs. I am always impressed with the efficiency and courtesy of her working manner and enthusiasm towards the wellbeing of any patient under her careLaura WrightSinger & Crossfit Maniac
I’ve known Jade ever since she took over our Pilates class around 6 years ago. She’s a brilliant Pilates instructor – she takes the time to understand what your issues are and makes sure that the exercises are tailored to your needs.
When I fell off my bike and broke my collar bone Jade was great at getting me going again. She knew exactly what muscles would need work and gave me the right exercises to ensure a total recovery in no time at all. I had a second, much more serious, cycling accident in May 2017 which resulted in a fracture of the hip socket. I was on crutches for 12 weeks and Jade was great at getting me and my leg muscles mobile again afterwards. She spotted that things weren’t going the way that they should before any doctors did and suggested that I get some further investigation done. It turned out that the top of the femur had died and that I needed a total hip replacement. I had that done in February 2018. Once again Jade was the person that I went to in order to aid my recovery. Once again she did an amazing job and I’m certain that she made my recovery far faster than it would otherwise have been.
She is very skilled at spotting any issues and knowing what the solution is. She’s a great physio and she’s also great fun which does make the treatment a lot easier even when she’s inflicting some pain! I wholeheartedly recommend Jade. She’s brilliant!Dominic ColstonCycling Fanatic
Two weeks before my ski holiday I tore my calf playing rugby. The extent of the damage was evident as I was on crutches for two or three days after. I was absolutely devastated as I had a ski holiday booked for two weeks’ time and I thought this would mean I would be side-lined for the entirety of the trip. Jade was professional to the last, I told her my goal was to be skiing in two weeks (something I thought was impossible) and she laid out an agenda of treatment to give me the best possible chance of getting on the slopes. The treatment and rehab was tough but she got me back up and running ready to ski for my holiday. I can’t thank her enough!Pip BlakeRecreational Skier
