“I became a therapist after witnessing the onset of my father’s dementia. I wanted to understand everything I could about therapeutic approaches that could improve life for him.
The more I learned about the benefits of an integrative approach to therapy and healing – mind and body together – the more I was driven to set up my own therapy practice and broaden the range of help I could offer people to make positive changes to their lives.
As all clients are individual, I believe it’s important to have individually appropriate and effective ways of working with each and every person. We get to work quickly and see helpful differences quickly.
Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy are particularly effective for processing deep-rooted or long-term emotions or experiences such as anxiety, grief, or trauma, as they enable us to work with a lower level of our conscious mind so we can address the causes of problems rather than just alleviate the symptoms. Hypnotherapy particularly can also be beneficial for physical issues such as reducing pain, as well as the mental aspects of undergoing medical treatments or procedures.
EFT is another very effective mental technique which uses acupressure points of the body without the need for needles, allowing us to clear emotional ‘blockages’ by re-balancing the body’s energy meridians.”
Deb’s private clinic is located in Grove Road, Beaconsfield
Fees: £75 per hour

I started seeing Deb a few months ago and I have noticed an amazing improvement in such a short time. Feel happier, calmer and more myself. The best I have felt in years.
I was impressed with how quickly Debbie understood the problems I was having and how quickly she worked out how to resolve them. She helped me with a number of issues such as how to deal with unexpected loud noises and crowded places. I am now able to get back to a normal life, and it feels fantastic.
I found Deb incredibly easy to talk to. She is warm and welcoming and I felt she really listened to me. I was unhappy with a few things in my life that were affecting my mental health and anger management. She very quickly identified a few issue that I needed to pay more attention to and confront head on. She introduced new techniques and methods to me that really helped me re programme my reactions to certain situations and regain control of my emotions. I was incredibly impressed with her professionalism and skill in helping me get back on track so quickly. She has categorically been the difference in changing my mindset and attitude towards things. I would recommend Deb to anyone who needs a bit of support in getting themselves back to their best!
Deb helped me tremendously during my acrimonious divorce. She has a gentle and reassuring way about her and communicates at all levels. When you spend time with Deb you come away feeling motivated and feel that you have the strength to carry on. I do not feel I could have continued my battle without her on-going support.
I went along at my wits end and very nervous about trying to get to the bottom of what was wrong. Deb very calmly and quickly had me trusting her to talk about things I found upsetting and have not said to other people. We worked on many things and Deb gave me strategies that I could take away and use – and use them I have to great effect. Without Deb I would not have been able to deal with everything and move myself forward from where I have been stuck for years. A lovely lady who I was very comfortable to be with and so glad to have found to help me.
