Charlotte Hodson has been a professional singer and songwriter for the past 25 years. Her voice therapy workshops are designed to help people ‘find their voice’ and express themselves fully as part of a group.
“My “Voice Connect” group vocal workshops bring people together in a safe, supportive, non-judgemental environment, where they can feel free to explore and liberate their voices. It doesn’t matter whether you believe you can sing or not – the whole point is to experience the release of opening yourself up vocally with others.
As part of a group, being heard and witnessed has incredible power, as does listening to the overall sound created externally. The group dynamic and intention stretch far beyond what solo singing can do.
We shall be using a combination of techniques to help you discover the full potential of your voice, from breath work and harmonic over-toning, to singing & performing contemporary songs. Whether your unliberated alter ego is a pop star, rock god, gospel singer, sultry temptress or rebel punk, you will feel yourself grow as you are free to express your true self and explore facets of your personality that are ordinarily suppressed. So why not give it a go and see for yourself?”
Charlotte is running a 6-week voice therapy workshop starting from Wednesday, 19th September, 2018, from 7.30 – 9pm in Beaconsfield.
Priced £90 for the full 6-week course. For more information or to book, please email email@example.com.
