PREGNANCY PILATES / MUM & BABY PILATES VIA ZOOM (Mondays & Wednesdays) Alice Milner is very experienced in antenatal and postnatal care. PREGNANCY YOGA / MUM & BABY YOGA VIA ZOOM (Mondays & Thursdays) Viv Campbell is a highly experienced pre and post-natal yoga teacher. Her classes focus on gentle yoga exercises for pregnancy and birth, helping to strength the whole body and improve mobility and posture. CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY – Ideal for babies suffering with colic or following a traumatic birth, Craniosacral therapy is an amazing light touch therapy which helps to release tension in the head and spine while calming the central nervous system. Seed’s Craniosacral Therapist, Amber Kelly, has worked with new mums for many years.
