It’s ironic. We spend weeks/months prepping for the summer season and when we get there, we totally overindulge and finish the summer feeling less than our best healthy selves.
For many of us, the exercise classes stop, the school run vanishes for 6 weeks and instead, rose wine and ice cream become a part of our daily regime.
The good news is that September is a great time to reset your wellness goals and get back to into a positive routine. Here’s a few things you can do to help you get yourself back to your healthy, happy self!
