Nimisha runs Pilates classes in Beaconsfield and Coleshill and offers 1:1 and smaller group sessions in and around the local area.
With a passion for Pilates and a fun and personal method of teaching, Nimisha has over 15 years of experience, currently offering 4 classes in and around the Beaconsfield area.
“Physical exercise has always been a big part of my life and after having my first child, I was lucky enough to be able to step away from my corporate life as a wine buyer and follow my dream of becoming a Pilates instructor.
I have never looked back.
Pilates isn’t just a job for me, it’s a way of life. As well as the physical exercise that it provides, it also allows me time out to focus on myself, to breathe, to think & relax and then to impart that focus onto my clients during classes.
Whatever your age, shape or fitness level I can help you to improve your health and wellbeing and achieve your individual fitness goals.
My classes are suitable for all levels from beginner to expert, as I tailor the exercises allowing you to work at your own pace. You don’t need to have done Pilates before, just come along ready to experience an invigorating and challenging total body workout. I provide all equipment including mats.
Outside of Pilates you could find me training for a marathon or perhaps sharing a glass of wine with friends.”
